Im hooked on Scandanavian crime dramas at the moment.  I watched ‘Those Who Kill’ which follows a fictitious unit within Copenhagen Police which specialises in investigating serial murders.  Im currently watching ‘The Bridge’ .  The Øresund Bridge, which swoops from Copenhagen in Denmark to Malmö in   Sweden, is the longest in Europe and is the location for the first murder.  Viewing with subtittles gets some getting used to, but in my mind is well worth it.  I do like a good crime drama and these two have been very gripping.  Ive not seen Borgen and The Killing, but they have good reviews so may have to get them out on rental dvd.

My training for the charity walk has started.  I did a three mile walk on Friday and then a six mile walk with ‘D’ on Saturday.  That nearly killed me!  I need to up my training so that I find the longer distances a bit easier.  My new walking shoes fit a treat.  I havent  enjoyed a soak in the bath so much as I did after the walk on Saturday.  Fridays walk was in a circuit around where I live, and Saturdays was a country walk, which was lovely as it was a nice day.  Thank you to the gents who have given me a few donations already.

I have now registered for the charity walk that I mentioned in my blog yesterday.  On the 14th July I will be walking 13 miles for a local Hospice charity.  My friend ‘D’ will be walking with me.  So I will be swapping my high heels for sensible walking shoes and joining lots of other women walking for the same cause.  I’m really excited as this is the first time I have done something like this.  I was truly inspired by my cousins husband who ran the London Marathon this year for the first time.  A Marathon is beyond me I feel but I am sure I can do a long walk with lots of ladies for a good cause.  So the training is now beginning!

I am also going to donate £20 from every one hour booking and £10 from every half hour booking from today to the 14th July.  If you wish to sponsor me then please do.  Once I have completed the walk I will let you know how much I have managed to raise through sponsorship.

Lets hope the rain keeps away so I can get some serious walking in.

I really do like blogging, but sometimes I lack inspiration and sometime life just gets in the way.  This happened to me last week, I was all ready to start writing when I had some devastating news.  One of my Yorkshire cousins had died, he had committed suicide.  The whole family is in shock, he was such a nice guy.  He leaves a wife and three sons.  I hadn’t seen him for about a year, he wasn’t at the last family party.  But as children my brother and I spent a lot of time with his family.  His dad is my mums eldest brother.  So my brother and I are planning to go up for the funeral and spend a few days with our family there.  I still cant really believe it.  I took a few days off as felt I needed some personal time for me and my brother and his family.  That’s one advantage in working like I do, I am able to take time out when I want or need to.

So what else have I been up to?  I had a wisdom tooth out.  I had a very bad experience about ten years ago when I had another wisdom tooth removed.  So I really wasn’t looking forward to it.  My current dentist is a lovely lady from the USA, she looks about 12!  I felt no pain, and had no swelling and healed really well, much to my relief.

I also had a visit from one of my other cousins and her family.  Her husband ran in the London Marathon for the first time.  He did it in just under 5 hours and raised a lot of money for Cancer Research.  A charity close to my heart.  Was lovely to spend time with them and his achievement has motivated me to do something.  So I am now in training for a local ladies only midnight walk in July.  Its 13 miles and I must admit my fitness does need improving and its raising money for a Cancer Hospice.  I am still performing bedroom gymnastics if your interested )

I’m also planning a photo shoot sometime towards the end of the month.  Getting ideas together for that, so watch this space.

It has been reported that, whilst walking alone in the Horsham area, an elderly man was lured into a local house by two attractive women. Firstly, the hapless victim was given gifts to fool him into thinking he was with friends. But, after plying him with drinks he was forcibly taken to the bedroom where, powerless to resist, he was stripped naked. Then the two assailants pushed this frail and elderly man onto the bed and began abusing his body without mercy. As if this was not enough, he was then tied to the bed and physically and sexually abused further.

After the ordeal, the hapless victim was barely able to stand and his speech was almost incoherent. One eye-witness said that the only words he could utter sounded like “More please”.

The past few weeks have been a tad busy, with new things and old.  And that doesnt apply to the age of my gentlemen callers!  I have really been looking forward to taking some time off over the Easter weekend and spending time with family and friends.

The highlight of my weeekend was a fancy dress party with ‘movie’ theme for my step nephews birthday.  I decided to go as ‘Moulin Rouge’ as already had some of the outfit.  I just had to buy a large feather head dress to complete the look.  I wore my black under bust corset over a cheap burlesque dress I already had.  I wore my lovely long black velvet opera gloves as well as fishnet stockings and heels..  False eyelashes and a fake beauty spot completed the look.  Even if I say so myself I did look rather sexy.  I was certainly pleased by the reaction of famiy members who had never seen me look sexy!  My heaving bosom was (just about) kept under control.  My poor brother thought I was going to turn up in nipple tassels when I told him my idea for a costum!  I didnt dare tell him that I do actually own some.

As always with my families parties it was a great night.  I laughed so much watching three ninja turtles cut up the dance floor with their moves with their inflatable shells on their backs.  The costums were great and everyone put in a lot of effort.  I love a good dance and the DJ was rather good.  I was giggling so much watching everyone in their costums dancing the night away.  Friar Tuck with snow white, supergirl with lurch and much more.  There were quite a few bat mans, and one bat girl but no robins.

I have paid for all that dancing today with sore feet and a sore back.  So today has been a pamper day for me.  Long hot soak in a bubble bath, face mask, hair mask and complete body exfoliation.  If you visit me you will see my bathroom is full of lotions and potions.  I like to pamper my gents as much as I like to pamper myself.  To relax you and to tease you in a relaxing setting. Angel and I have been busy planning and plotting another duo day soon.  I should be able to announce this by the end of the week, so watch this space.

Its over a week ago now that I got a phone call from an escort friend, asking me if I was sitting down.  This always comes before band news.  She informed me that a mutual friend ‘Stella’ had passed away a few days before.  I had never met Stella, like she had, but we became friends over the years exchanging emails.  She was very well known and liked in the industry, and she took some time out but returned just after the summer last year.  At that time we chatted on the phone quite a lot.  I last spoke to her in November and sent her a Christmas Email.  Then this really sad news.  She was only 37 years of age and had been poorly for a little while, but its a complete shock to everyone who knew her that she has now gone.  I am still in shock.  I wasn’t in her personal life, like some, so am unable to pay my respects at her funeral.  However, a few of us ladies are going to get together at some point in the very near future for our own type of memorial to her.  She was a beautiful lady, inside and out.

This kind of thing certainly makes you think.  You just never know whats going to happen, so to live your life to the full is certainly recommended.  This year Ive stopped putting off things and am knuckling down and sorting them out.  Vague I know but these things are important to me.

It may surprise those out there who think that our industry is all about drugs, street walkers and pimps, but those of us who are ‘career’ escorts are a close knit community.  We share our good news, our bad news, give support and advice and warnings to keep each other safe.  We don’t spill pillow talk but we do help and support each other.  Its the only way to keep sane and safe really.  Being able to talk to other like minded ladies who deal with similar situations as yourself.  Ive often been saved from taking a booking from a time-waster or a nuisance client just because one of my escort friends has previously given me information on them, and vice versa.

Dont panic. Im not retiring.  But things are changing in how and when I will be available to you saucy gentlemen.  This will take effect from mid February.

There have been a couple of developments in my personal life, things I am really excited about.  One is I am being taken on as a Consultant for a business where I will be able to use my Personal Assistant skills .  Its going to last for six months or so to set up the systems that are needed from scratch.  The other thing I am doing I cant really tell you about yet, but its something Ive wanted to do for awhile now and will mean working part time on a rota system so my availability for escorting will change from week to week to begin with.

So how does this effect you my lovely gentlemen callers?  It wil be very rare for me to be able to take short notice bookings and same day bookings.  My week will be planned out in advance, so I will need as much notice as you can give me.  I will also be limiting how many new gents I will be seeing.  If I have seen you before and you are a regular then you will get priority, if you give me enough notice.

I was invited by the lovely Madam Becky to review her new book, out early February and write a review for her. Its called Madam -Prostitutes, Punters and Puppets. I was happy to do so and read the whole book within 24 hours of receiving it.  I found it honest and heartwarming as well as very funny.  Especially her account of her trip to Ascot with a pensioner tranny!  It tells the whole story of how she became a Madam and ran a very sucessful brothel near Milton Keynes and the highs and the lows.  I am hoping to meet her in person at her book launch in February.
